I've been guiding in the Bardenas Reales for more than ten years. Before that I spent a few years living in Brussels and worked in active tourism, hotels and consulting — a mix that taught me something simple: what you remember from a trip isn't the activity, it's the people and the stories. That's why I guide the way I'd like to be guided.
I know this land at every hour and in every season: when the light is perfect on Castildetierra, which corners aren't on any map and which stories give each gully its soul. And I tell those stories in the language of the people with me, no interpreter needed.
For any traveller, truly understanding what you're looking at makes all the difference. I guide in English, Spanish, Catalan and French — directly, with no headsets or interpreter. It's one of the reasons so many international visitors choose to come with me.
